The full scope, the method, and how a finding earns its place in the report.
Institutional-grade scope and methodology equivalent to a full-scope commercial diligence process — documented end to end, so you can see exactly what you are buying before you buy it.
Each workstream exists to answer one question.
Workstreams are selected at scoping against the decision you actually have to make. You pay for the ones that matter to that decision.

A seven-step controlled workflow.
The same sequence runs on every engagement, from a two-day red-flag screen to a full multi-workstream review. Minimum research horizon: ten years.
- Intake & conflict checkThe decision, the questions, the jurisdictions, the deadline — and a conflict screen before anything else happens.
- Entity resolutionEstablishing precisely which legal entities, ownership chains, subsidiaries and related parties are in scope.
- Evidence collectionAI-accelerated collection across public filings, registries, market data, litigation, patents, news, web and social signals, plus the client data room where provided.
- Corroboration & source gradingTriangulation across independent sources; each source graded for reliability before a finding is written.
- Analysis & risk scoringFrameworks applied per workstream; findings scored against the ten-criterion risk matrix and classified for the red-flag register.
- Drafting & four-eye reviewEvery material finding challenged by a second senior reviewer for source quality, alternative explanations and completeness.
- Secure delivery & walkthroughReport issued under the engagement's confidentiality terms, followed by a live walkthrough with the decision-makers.
Ten criteria, one aggregate band.
Each of ten risk criteria is scored Low (1), Medium (2) or High (3). The aggregate places the opportunity in one of three bands, which is what the investment committee sees first.
| Aggregate score | Risk band |
|---|---|
| 0 – 10 | Low — proceed on normal terms subject to confirmatory work |
| 11 – 20 | Medium — proceed with contractual protections and targeted further work |
| 21 – 30 | High — material concerns requiring resolution before commitment |
Risk scores are an analytical decision-support tool. They are not credit ratings, investment recommendations or regulated assessments of any kind.
Every statement carries its provenance.
Four evidence tags run through every report, so a reader never has to guess how solid a line is.
VF · Verified Fact
Corroborated against an independent, gradeable source.
MR · Management Representation
Stated by management or the vendor; not independently corroborated.
AS · Assumption
An analytical assumption, with its basis stated.
UN · Unconfirmed
Material but unsupported; carried into the information-gaps register.
Alongside the tags, every material finding carries a confidence rating of High, Medium or Low, and workstream-level RAG signals summarise the position at a glance.

How we get information — and how we will not.
- Public and legally accessible information only. No pretexting, no misrepresentation, no acquisition of confidential information by improper means.
- Every material claim is source-attributed; source references are provided wherever possible.
- Confidence levels are stated for key findings, and gaps are declared rather than papered over.
- No fabricated data, no invented contacts, no unattributed estimates presented as fact.
- Compliance-aware research: sanctions lists, PEP screening and jurisdiction-specific data-protection rules — including the EU GDPR, India's DPDP Act 2023, and Singapore's PDPA — are respected in collection and handling.
- Engagements are conducted under mutual non-disclosure. Deal names are code-named internally and access is restricted on a need-to-know basis.
What UKIYO AI is not.
Clarity about boundaries builds trust. UKIYOAI PRIVATE LIMITED does not provide statutory audit, legal opinions, tax structuring advice, securities brokerage, regulated investment advice, or statutory or regulated valuation services.
Where a mandate requires licensed professionals — auditors, lawyers, valuers, regulated advisers — UKIYO AI works alongside the client's appointed advisers and confines its role to research, analysis and advisory support as defined in the engagement agreement.
Commitments on every engagement. A named senior owner, reachable throughout · a written scope with fixed fees before work begins · findings reported as found, including the ones that kill the deal · sources cited, confidence stated, gaps declared · confidentiality honoured beyond the life of the engagement.
