This notice explains how information submitted through the UKIYO AI LinkedIn Solutions enquiry page is used. It is intended to provide clear, practical information for prospective business customers.
Information collected
The enquiry form may collect your name, business email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, country or market, one or more required services, business requirement, estimated budget, target date and preferred meeting time. It also records campaign information such as UTM parameters, the referring page and LinkedIn click identifiers when present.

- To understand which LinkedIn campaigns generate qualified enquiries.

Form and scheduling providers
The enquiry form is processed through FormSubmit so the requirement can be delivered to UKIYO AI by email. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for a limited period. Consultation scheduling is provided through Calendly and Google Meet. Those providers process booking information under their respective privacy terms.
Sharing and retention
UKIYO AI uses the information for enquiry handling and does not sell it. Information may be accessible to service providers used to deliver the form, email, scheduling and meeting functions. Enquiry records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, commercial recordkeeping and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may ask UKIYO AI to correct or delete enquiry information, subject to applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. You can also choose to contact the team directly instead of using the web form.
